Make Homemade Pumpkin Puree! 
1.  Cut up & roast a pumpkin in 350F oven for 30 min or until soft - test with knife tip by piercing 
2.  Cool the pumpkin  
3.  Scoop out pulp & puree or stick blend 
4.  Use immediately or store in ziploc bags in freezer |
